WHO may sign up for these positions?

DLS Students (13 – 17 years of age) or Adults (18 – ** years of age)

Adult sign ups must be accompanied with a TEAM or TIPS ID number.

Please report to Athletic Director, Event Site Supervisor or The Concession Stand Manager for this event at the DLS Indoor Concession stand outside of Main Gymnasium.

PLEASE be in the stand at the stated “Report Time” for this particular event.

Attire should be = non – slip shoes, full – length pants and an appropriate full sleeved shirt.

 

 

CONCESSION STAND VOLUNTEER – Potential grant amounts = $25.00 – $75.00

Report 30 minutes prior to the event and stay through 1 hour after the event

All events should be a 4 – 10 hour shift.

The Concession Stand Volunteers will be responsible for helping “clean up” following the event in and around the area outside the Concession Stand along with the gymnasium(s), it’s stands/bleachers, carpets and placing all bags of trash out back in the dumpsters, along with working the Concession Stand prior to and during the event.

 

 

TICKET TAKERS – Maximum Grant amount = $25.00 – $50.00

1 hour prior to the event, through the 1st half of the event

Please report to Athletic Director or Event Site Supervisor at the stated Report Time.

Islander Foundation Coordinator will select the volunteer from the sign ups for this event as to who will work as the Ticket Taker for this event.
